Our holiday home at the Lauwersmeer
Our holiday home has a cozy living room with a dining area and a sitting area with TV. Furthermore a fully equipped open kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine.
When the weather is nice you can open the garden doors and enjoy your holiday carefree on the terrace.
Downstairs there is a bedroom with a double bed, a separate toilet and a bathroom with bathtub.
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, one of which has a nice balcony.
All 6 beds have box spring mattresses.
Especially for our youngest guests Chalet2rent provides a high chair and a cot, free of charge.
Opposite the cottage there is a large parking place for your car, and around the house is an enclosed garden with a terrace.
In the wooden shed you will find the sauna, which you can use free of charge.
The use of the internet is also free of charge.
Linen hire:
By default, there is no linen for the beds present in the holiday home.
You can bring this (duvet covers, fitted sheets and pillowcases) yourself from home or you can rent it from us.
The costs for the linen are €9,-euro per person.
Pillows and duvets are provided.
With linen we mean duvet covers, fitted sheets and pillowcases.
All this is for 1 person beds.
You can indicate this when booking.
NOTE!
The linen sets are packed in plastic bags, if they are broken after your departure (used) and you had not rented them, we will deduct this from the deposit.
Kitchen towels and bath towels are not provided in the holiday home.
Before departure, we ask you to leave the house in a clean and tidy condition. And please empty the bins (there is an recycling point on the park).
We have our holiday home cleaned and therefore we ask an amount of €65 from you, so that you and we know that you are staying in a clean holiday home.
We are careful with our holiday home and we hope you will be, too, so that the next guests will arrive in a fully equipped and tidy holiday home. Therefore we demand a deposit of € 100.
This deposit will be refunded 6 weeks after your stay, only if you have left the holiday home tidy and complete.
We kindly ask you not to smoke in our holiday home.
